Free customer parking is available behind our workshop. Additional street parking can be found along Surfside Avenue and nearby side streets.

Our workshop is a 10-minute walk from Byron Bay central bus station. Local shuttle services run every 30 minutes during peak season.

Workshop Tours

We offer guided tours of our shaping facility every Wednesday and Friday at 2pm. Booking is essential - please contact us to reserve your spot.

Frequently Asked Questions

Custom board orders typically take 4-6 weeks from consultation to completion. This timeframe includes design approval, materials sourcing, shaping, glassing, and finishing. Rush orders may be accommodated during off-peak seasons for an additional fee.

Yes, we ship our boards worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated based on destination, board dimensions, and chosen shipping method. All international orders are carefully packaged in protective casing to ensure safe arrival.

Workshop registration can be done through our website, by phone, or in person at our Byron Bay location. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot, with the balance due on the first day of the workshop. Early registration is recommended as spaces are limited to 8 participants per session.

All Coastal Board Co. products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and detailed photos of the issue.
